It has been reported that hydrogen is four times as costly to produce as gasoline - and that is even when it's produced from the most affordable source, natural gas. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thankfully the planet-conscious consumer now does have a choice. Water powered cars.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The technology now exists to extract oxygen from water and supply it to car engines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;HOW IT WORKS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you remember your high school chemistry, you know that the chemical symbol for water is H2O because it consists of hydrogen and oxygen. Electrolysis separates the oxygen and the hydrogen. The oxygen is then burned in your car engine, increasing energy output from your gasoline. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;AMAZINGLY SIMPLE - AND CHEAP&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is so surprising is the process of converting your car or truck to "run on water" is so simple. The parts are easy to get. Most can be found around the home or bought for under $100 per vehicle. Less than that if you price shop online! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just think -- a water-burning fuel system that costs less than two tanks of fossil fuel from the gas pump! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;COST SAVINGS &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did you know you can save up to $15,000 over the lifetime of your vehicle simply by modifying your car engine so it can use water as fuel (as well as gasoline).  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If your car gets 20 miles per gallon and you do 2,000 miles each month, then you're consuming 100 gallons of gasoline a month. At $3 per gallon this will cost you 100 x $3 x 12 months = $3,600 per year.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;If your HHO engine modification only cuts 35% off your fuel bill, you will have saved $1,260 in gasoline per year.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;And since the U.S. Dept of Transportation reports the average life span of a vehicle is 12 years, you can save 12 years x $1260 = $15,120 over the lifetime of your car.
